We are working with a client looking to lease medical space in the greater Madison area

Requirements are as follows

• Approximately +/- 2,500 to 3,500 square feet of space
• Existing Medical Space Configuration 
• Preference area West of Slaughter Rd/Jeff Rd NW as far as County Line Rd
• Between Madison Blvd & University Dr 
• 3 - 10 year Lease Term
