In a perfect world, their needs are as follows
Approximately +/- 700 square feet of spaceHeated and Cooled SpaceSpace to be used for assembling and preparing decorations for the annual event Greater Huntsville area Reduced or Free RentWilling to vacate space with notice if ower secures tenant Willing to offer a Sponsorship opportunity/Table for 8 recognizing property owner or company at The Dog Ball
